The balance screen after a call

Before the update to IOS 13, when after making a call there would be a screen showing my balance on my number. But after the update that screen shows for a second and goes to blank screen. I have contacted my number company but they told that, it is because of IOS. Is there anyone knowing what I can do about this issue?
