Change of Startup Disk from external to internal

I recently mistakenly upgraded to Catalina. I have 2 external HD attached to my Mac for storage. Apparently, the MAC chose one of my external HD as it's Startup Disk thus making working a LOT SLOWER... How may I change the startup disk back to the internal HD?

iMac 27", macOS 10.15

When booting up, press the option key and power on your computer, still holding on to option until you see the list of boot disks. Then select your internal boot disk
