Dispute Apple Card Charge because package never delivered
How do I dispute an Apple Card charge because the package was never delivered?
Both the company, Bed Bath and Beyond, and FedEx have policies which state they do not take responsibility for items not delivered. FedEx says they delivered at 4:26pm but someone was home and right next to the front door at 4:26pm and there was no knock. When they looked for the package at 4:46pm there was no package.
How do I dispute this charge? There is no option for "product not delivered." There is an option for "item damaged or returned" and another option for "canceled service or items."
