I noticed on the edge of my iPhone 11 screen, that there is a slight gap between the phone glass and the aluminum body. I also noticed that small particles are getting into the aluminum body. Should I be worried? I just got this phone about a month ago.

Yes, you should be concerned and the phone should be seen by Apple or an AASP as soon as you can get it seen. Personally, I would backup the phone, power it off and not use it in case the battery is swelling.

Take it to an authorized Apple repair location (Best Buy stores are one) and have it examined.
Hopefully the battery is not expanding.
Its hard to see but the screen isn't actually lifting up, but the aluminum body is bent outward a tiny bit near the bottom allowing particles to get in.
The picture is too blurry to see clearly what you see. Either way, it should be evaluated before you continue using it.
