I bought a iPad and it’s locked with the

owners Apple ID and now I can’t get ahold of them how can I resolve this?

Only the previous owner can help, not Apple or anyone.

Activation Lock is a theft deterrent feature with no bypass or workaround.

Without the owner's authorisation, no thief or anyone including you can re-use the device.

You don't.

You bought a useless, electronic paperweight.

User Activation Lock cannot be defeated or circumvented or worked around.

No one here can help you. Apple will not help you either.

Try and return it from where you purchased and attempt to get your money back!

That iPad is a dead, useless device to you!
