Connect to apple media service

When I open the podcasts, my macbook pro will issue a alert that say:" the mac can't connect to Apple Media Services because of a problem with [my apple id]. It likes picture below:

I try to enter the safe mode of mac OS. But in safe mode the problem is still appear. I don't know how to solve that problem. Please help me. Thank you very much!

Cannot Connect to Apple Media Services Since updating my mac book pro to Monterey, every time (and I mean every single time) I start on my computer, or wake it up from sleep mode, I get the same message saying that the computer cannot connect to Apple Media Services with my email address. it also tells me to open Preferences to correct it. But what it's showing me is an email address that I haven't had for the last few years and I no longer have access to it. Not only that, but it's not even listed in my email address for Apple. I click on the link it provides, go to prefereneces but I cannot see anyway to rectify this is the email address isn't listed. Previously, before I updated my OS, this problem didn't exist so I don't understand why it's suddenly happening now with an email address I no longer own AND it's not listed in my apple preferences because I removed it years ago. Having Issues Creating an Apple Podcast Connect Account I recently called into Apple Support for activating the Apple ID for my podcast. Resolved the issue on the apple id itself since it was only web view instead of full view, but now I am facing an issue with a message "Activate Your Apple ID. You need to finish activating your Apple ID before you can use it on Apple Podcasts Connect." Not sure what exactly is going on and seems customer services is unable to assist me with this problem. Have been back and forth with them for the last 2 weeks.

Did you do changes to Apple ID preferences lately?

What is the screen when you click on Apple ID preferences?

Did you change your password or other details related to your Apple ID?
