Does anyone know if it's possible to contact apple store specialists at this time to replace my iPhone via shipping? I cracked the back of my iPhone 11 Pro Max badly and I need to replace it with my AppleCare+.

Not specifically through an Apple Store, but through Apple's normal system.
Start here:
Click on Repairs & Physical Damage, then on "Back of phone is cracked." One option should be "Send in for Repair". I entered my iPhone 7 which gives a $319 repair fee, but if you've got AppleCare+ it should give the option for the deductible. Also - I'm not sure what country you're in, but it shouldn't really matter.
