Hi all, I cracked the front & back of my phone at work the other day (fell down a flight of stairs).
I am still covered by AppleCare+, and I was wondering what the process would be of replacing the phone.
I am aware of a $129 charge, but would I be getting a refurbished/replacement phone, or are they just fixing the one I have now?

You will get a service replacement. If the back glass is cracked or broken, the device can't be repaired. Internal components are laminated to the back glass. Once it breaks, it's toast.

It may be new. It may be remanufactured. There is no way for you, or anyone at Apple, to tell the difference.
