Activity rings not showing up on iphone

So my problem is that the activity rings on my Apple Watch don’t transfer to iPhone at all. Like on watch it shows activity, but on iPhone the rings don’t even activate. Like the rings are blank. It’s causing an issue in one of my calorie counter apps as well (lose it). Can someone please help me?

Same thing happened to me. I’ve spent hours with apple support unpairing/repairing watch and running diagnostics as well as searching the internet for solutions. Have had this problem since December and have not had luck with any solutions. Apple said they would get back to me but it’s been about a month since I’ve heard from anyone. The only luck I have had has been resetting my phone completely then restoring from backup. I was able to partial data from Feb/March for about 5 minutes before it went back to being completely blank. Apple said It could possibly work if I reset all activity to new and lose about 18 months of my Activity app.

Try turning bluetooth on the watch off and then on again or this;

Close the Activity app on the iPhone

On your watch: go the Home screen

(single press of the Digital Crown) and tap on

the Activity app icon (coloured rings).

Press firmly on the screen > tap on Change

your Move Goal > change the goal.

You can move the goal back once it's working again.
