Windows 10 won't download
Hi,
bootcamp will always have a pop up saying an error occurred while copying windows
is there anyway to fix it?
(its the windows 10 1909)

W10 1909 has a file - install.wim - which is larger than 4GB and does not fit on FAT partitions. High Sierra creates a FAT partition for OSXRESERVED, which is the Windows installer.

Catalina does not support 32-bit applications. Unless you are absolutely certain, I still recommend Mojave.

Are you on 10.14.6? If yes, are either of the following updates applied...
What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number)?
What is the current macOS version?
its a macOS High Sierra MacBook Air (13-inch, 2017) and the current version is 10.13.6
