I HAVE FORGOTTEN ABOUT MY APPLE ID PASSWORD

hello everyone,my name is Alfred,from Ghana.I have forgotten about my Apple ID password but i know the email and i have tried to reset through the email i use but that email doesnt work anymore.What should i do now.Please help me so that i can start using my phone again.Thank you
