What do I do if I forgot my administrator password and username?

What do I do if I forgot my administrator username and password? I know I created it when I got my MacBook, but now I don't remember...

P.S. Is the username I use to log in my Mac the same as the administrator username? I tried to enter it but still, I don't remember my password.
