Windows 10 BootCamp Fan Not Effective

Does anyone know which fan boosting software is compatible with 2020 BootCamp for Windows 10? The fan does not seem to increase its spinning rate even laptop feels very warm. Why heat tolerance in BootCamp is set to be so high?

You may not need fan control software. Look at Power Options -> Advanced -> Cooling. There are two separate settings - for Plugged-In and Battery.
