Updating for ios 13.4

Other than being known internally at Apple, nobody else can provide any guarantee that an update will be released to a specific schedule - and Apple may even cancel a release.

All that said, given that the first deliveries of the new iPad Pro models that have iPadOS 13.4 preinstalled are due from today, there is reasonable expectation that the iPadOS 13.4 update will be released at some point later today. Typically, if Apple follow their usual pattern, the Over-the-Air update will “go live” and become available soon after 6pm GMT today.

Apple hopefully will rwalese this sometime later today when Apple employees in California check into work at Apple.
