When I try to stream Apple TV app downloaded content from my iPhone 11 Pro Max to my Apple TV device, it says: This video is in a format that can't be streamed to this tv. Is this really because of my tv or is there something wrong with my Apple TV device? I don’t understand why it’s not working and I’m not real happy about it. Thank you.
Apple TV 4K, tvOS 13
The content was downloaded onto my iPhone 11Pro Max from the Apple TV+ app and I am trying to stream it to my 2019 4K Apple TV device. Both have the latest updates and the Apple TV is connected via HDMI to a new Samsung UHD TV.

Try updating to tvOS 13.4 to see if it resolves your problem.
Settings > System > Software Update
Try updating to iOS 13.4 as well.

What type of TV are you trying to view this video on? Are you using an actual Apple TV box?
I am using an actual Apple TV box connected to a new Samsung UHD tv.

Would this video be from Apple TV+/iTunes/Apple TV app Channel? Or from other origin and synced to the mobile device library?
