When I try to stream Apple TV app downloaded content from my iPhone 11 Pro Max to my Apple TV device, it says: This video is in a format that can't be streamed to this tv. Is this really because of my tv or is there something wrong with my Apple TV device? I don’t understand why it’s not working and I’m not real happy about it. Thank you.

The content was downloaded onto my iPhone 11Pro Max from the Apple TV+ app and I am trying to stream it to my 2019 4K Apple TV device. Both have the latest updates and the Apple TV is connected via HDMI to a new Samsung UHD TV.
