Are you connected to the internet? Have you checked to make sure MMS is turned on?

This is happening in text messaging,,, I’m getting error messages (see below)and,,, “Cannot DL item”, there was an error dL-ing this item from ICloud photos. Please try again later. (I keep getting these messages!!)
In email? In messages?
And you write a topic at the top that is clear so people can click on your post and get additional details in the description. Which you obviously didn't do either.
