Pre-orderd movies

I pre-ordered a movie 'The Fittest" documentary last Thursday when it was on sale. Now the movie has been released, it is not showing up in my queue, and the price has doubled. What happened? There doesn't seem to be any way to contact Apple and it seems they have resorted to crowd-sourcing their tech support. The world's most valuable company is increasingly garbage

Invisible man pre order Some months ago now I pre ordered the invisible man for £9.99. I have seen from my apple tv that it is now available to buy and own. When I check my library the film isn’t there , apple havn’t charged me but the title is still showing in my pre orders. If I cancel and purchase again I’ll pay the new price which is £4 extra. I want to pre-order Oppenheimer on iTunes movies for apple TV I want to pre-order Oppenheimer on itunes movies for apple TV and I wonder what happens on release with the movie, if it either becomes a rental or if I own the movie, I mean why would you be able to pre-order a rental, sounds stupid so I just want to make sure I don’t make any mistakes.
