iPhone 6 will not unlock with correct passcode
All of a sudden my iPhone 6s will not unlock using the correct passcode. Can anyone help?

You may think it’s the correct passcode, but your phone doesn’t. And it’s in charge. You need to follow these instructions to reset your phone—>If you forgot the passcode for your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch, or your device is disabled - Apple Support
This will restore the phone to factory settings; after doing that you can restore your backup to recover your settings a local data, and sync to iCloud for anything that you have previously synced.
