iPhone 11 shuts down frequently

Hello my iPhone 11 (software 13.31) frequently shuts down with no warning or reason.

It will be fully charged and in the middle of typing or using an app it just shuts down, and I have to start it back up.

what is causing this and do I need to bring it in to the store?

Was it dropped?

Was it in contact with liquid?

Have you turned phone off?

Did this happen right after an update?

If turning off don't work a DFU solution my be needed.

Are all apps updated?

Have you restored all settings?

It's possible a reinstall of iOS is needed.
