Delete fully Instagram program
I can’t go into the Instagram program. Throws an error or blank screen. Please, completely remove instagram from mine iCloud. And, in this way then I can download it again without errors.

Apps are not stored in your iCloud account. Delete the app icon from your Home Screen: tap and hold until an X appears, tap on the X.
Restart your device, then download it again from the App Store.
