My ipad will not restore using a Mac computer. Downloaded software, but would not complete the install on the ipad. I went through the restore and update procedure using my macbook air connected to my ipad. The restore software downloaded and instatllation proceeded, but did not complete. Said that there was an error and could not restore the ipad.
