Little Black Box On iPad / Safari

Thanks! I did tap on the X and the box does go away like you said. But my Safari screen remains frozen.

When I tap the home button to get out of Safari the its let’s me leave however the annoying black box reappears on my home screen. So I tap the Xonce again and the box disappears. Then I go back to Safari and my page is still frozen. Can’t scroll. Can’t choose a different tab. Can’t refresh etc.
