Watch update paused
Phone is connected to wifi to update the watch. But the update is being paused.
tried turn on/off phone, on/off wifi but still not resuming the update.

If your watch is on watchos6 then try updating on the watch itself,this is what I did and I had no problems whatsoever,just make sure the watch is on the charger and has at least 50% charge and make sure Wifi on the watch is turned on.
