Scroll and swipe with Apple mouse in iPad Pro

Hi

I updated my iPad Pro to the latest version 13.4, and it has the feature that I can connect my Apple mouse. But the problem is I can’t swipe between pages ( apps pages ) with one,two, or three fingers, even in safari or photos I can’t scroll down or up.
