Podcast Connect
When I connect on Podcast Connect , they are asking that I need an Itunes Store account which is already connected ??

You need to sign into the iTunes Store with your Apple ID, make sure you
have a payment method registered (though podcasting is free), and that
your device is authorised for iTunes. Then sign into Podcasts Connect,
accepting the Terms and Conditions if required.
