I forgot the Apple ID and password to my ipad

You should be able to recover your AppleID and associated password here:

You will need access to the primary email address associated with your AppleID with which to receive the recovery instructions - or any one of the recovery email addresses that you will hopefully have configured in your AppleID account, or any of your trusted telephone numbers (either mobile or fixed landline) that you may also have previously configured.

Usually the Apple ID is your email address, but no one can guess your password. You will need to take the device along with the original receipt showing the serial number to an Apple Store and they may be able to help. Unfortunately, Apple Stores are currently closed.
