AirPods Pro - Battery drain, when I close and open AirPods case.

I don't know why, but when I'm listening something about one hour, the battery drops to 80%, what's all right. But when I close and open the case, it drops on 40%... Is someone having same problem? Otherwise, I'm sending you YouTube link, where is that issue on camera. Thank you!
