I see that you've been given an App Store Gift Card from your mother in the Netherlands. The problem is, you live in Romania, and you'd like to know how to use it. I'm afraid you can't.
If you can't redeem your App Store & iTunes Gift Card, Apple Music Gift Card, or content code -- A gift card is only valid in the country where it's purchased.
