Apple TV App Store

On my Apple TV it won’t leave me in to the App Store it just goes white and nothing happens any help on this?

Apple TV The Apple App Store is not located on my Apple TV. My iTunes Store is there and lots of other pre-set applications which I do not use. Therefore unable to download any other apps. Have re-set back to factory settings and reinstalled but still nothing. Any ideas ?

Cannot connect to App Store on Apple TV Hi, I have an Apple TV model A1625 (4th Gen) I want to download a new app but when I go to the App store I gat the message 'Cannot connect to the App store' I've tried to logout and login again. I'm comfortable that I know the password, I logged into here by typing in the password. Not a apple user for anything else other than the Apple TV. Any ideas? Thanks
