Can you play music from the SoundCloud app using an Apple Watch? If so what series of watch or all of them? Can you play music from SoundCloud if your phone is out of reach. I want to purchase an Apple Watch for when I go running so I don’t have to bring my phone, but I don’t use Apple Music I only use SoundCloud.

There are some hacks for Spotify to play offline sound tracks, but they are not supported by Spotify.
I do not know of any other music source, besides music you own, that can be played on the Apple Watch. The other companies must not care about the Apple Watch
