I still haven’t had my money refunded

So I downloaded a few apps or something like that, and I didn’t know that I had purchased anything. So I randomly had 86$ taken off my card. I ******* cried bc it had happened when I was suppose to go to an appointment and that was all the money I have left. I have no job right now and can’t get one bc of the virus scare. And I’m extremely upset and frustrated that apple just automatically bills people and doesn’t make it super clear that I’m purchasing something.

So I refunded the apps as soon as I was billed. It’s been over 48 ******* hours and i still haven’t got my money back despite the fact my receipt says it’s been refunded. I really ******* hate my life rn. Idk I think there was some kind of error or something

If you used a credit or debit card it will take up to 30 days.

If it was store credit you should have recived the refund already.

As they do not specify their handling time on that contact sheet I would advice you to try and get in touch via this article if you want immediate help.

I'm kinda in the same situation, but I didn't use a credit card to purchase. I got an approved refund, but it was from store credit (gift card). well, I've been waiting for the money to return for 8 days now and nothing. support does not even care because they never replied my 2 emails. I really wanted a straight answer about what's happening, but they don't give us one.

right after I sent the message, I got an automatic mail saying some advisor would get in touch with me in the next 48h. but that was on March 20th and second message on March 22th.. no contact so far.. -.-

many people here are complaining about this refund issue, so it's not an isolated case. what's happening we don't know.

well, I contacted. at least I tried to. I've sent 2 mails and I got no reply. it was store credit, I asked refund on March 18th, it was approved instantly and it still hasn't been refunded for real.
