I added too much funds too my Apple ID. Can I get a refund?

I had technical trouble with my bank when adding funds to my Apple ID and now the transaction went through tree times. Is it possible to get some of my money back? I tried the "refund" route, but that only works for apps purchased.

I accidentally added more money on my apple account can I get this money back? I wanted to add 10 euros to it but I did not receive any confirmation so I checked my bank account and saw that no money was taken. Click here and ask the iTunes Store staff for a refund.
