macOS 13.14.5 Update error

I am trying to download the macOS Catalina 10.15.4 update but am having no success. I hit "update now" and then "restart." The load screen stating how long the update will take appears, but then it just reboots as normal about 30 seconds later. No update, just have to repeat the cycle to no avail.
