Apple Watch activity ring

did a cycling activity for 30 min and 22 sec but afterwards my ring only showed 19 mins. It does this all the time in cycle activities. Why does it not shows the whole time of the Cycle activity?

Outdoor run race route Hey, I've got the latest update for the apple watch and was keen to compete against my previous runs. I have done the same 'route' including start & stop same spot. Same duration run. Exact same course many many times before. but when i select outdoor run - route - nothing appears. I've given it a few days to collect the data and hope they will appear but nothing. I have checked with other apple watch users who run less frequently and have completed less runs on their routes and theirs are appearing. So not sure what i'm doing wrong. Thanks.

Because part of your ride must either be downhill or you slowed down. It will only count for the exercise circle if your heart rate is at 75 - 80% of maximum heart rate.
