Hello I haver been having problems with my phone for going on 2 days now. My phone always glitches and it opens up apps and calls people and texts people without me even touching it. It also happens to type when I text people so it takes like 10 mins to text a simple response. I need help with fixing this problem and I have tried to shut it off multiple times.

This kind of behavior may arise from screen hardware issue, or a bulging battery.
In addition to a restart, try also a restore. Make backups while you can, first.
