2019 MacBook Pro battery life issues, and running hot.

Hello, I have just purchased an apple certified refurbished MacBook Pro 13 inch base model and I am having issues with battery life. Battery is in good health and is brand new only 2 cycles on it. The laptop drops about 25-30% per hour of usage only doing some light multitasking and web browsing. I checked the activity monitor and I am getting very high cpu usage out of one application but I don't know how to fix the problem. I have included a screenshot below taken whenever my MacBook starts running really hot and draining the battery. Any help would be much appreciated!

UPDATE: I figured out the issue. The Adblock extension I installed was no good, its was the root cause of battery life issues. I uninstalled it and all is good now.
