Apple music not authorized

I opened iTunes (on my win 10 PC) yesterday and it had decided that my apple music wasn't authorized. So I logged in when it prompted me to, and it said "device authorized you have now authorized 1 out of 5 devices" (or something to that effect) but when I went to play my music it just said that it wasn't authorized again! So I went around this loop a few times, and it didn't work, so I logged out on iTunes completely, and logged back in, the issue persisted. So I uninstalled and reinstalled iTunes, the issue persisted. The weird thing is though that it still works fine on my phone (one plus 7).

Any advice welcome, thank you :)

Hey jessopj1,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities! I understand you're being prompted to authorize your computer repeatedly. I definitely want to make sure you're able to enjoy your music on all your devices, and I'm happy to help.

I recommend checking out the resource below and working through the steps there to resolve this.

If iTunes for Windows prompts you to authorize your computer when you try to play purchases

You mentioned you also reinstalled iTunes already, so I also want to share the resource below with you. When uninstalling iTunes there's components that need uninstalled, as well as a specific order to do this.

Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows 7 and later

Thanks again, and have a great day!
