can I upgrade from High Sierra to Catalina?

I have a mid2010 IMac running High Sierra, Can it be upgraded to Catalina or is there another new IOS that is compatible?

iMac 27", macOS 10.13

Sorry, no. High Sierra is the newest version of macOS it can run.
