Airpods Pro will connect to all devices but won't connect to 12" MacBook (2017)

I've had no issues with my 12" Macbook (2017) or my Airpods Pro until now. The Airpods Pro are not visible to my Macbook, my iPhone and my other computer can see it but the Macbook can't. Conversely, my Macbook is able to connect to different bluetooth (Beats) earbuds, speakers, keyboard and mouse – just not the Airpods Pro.

My Mac is updated to the latest OS - Catalina 10.15.3.

Any advice? I've already completed both these support articles with no luck.

Hi there, shindig.

I see that you're having a problem connecting your AirPods Pro with your MacBook. They work fine with other devices you own, and your Mac will connect with other Bluetooth devices. I'm glad to help with this.

Reset your AirPods -- If you haven't already, reset your AirPods and see if they'll connect with your MacBook.

Apple - Support - Topic Selection -- If you had reset them already, or they still won't connect, please contact Apple Support. After selecting this link, choose Pairing & Connectivity. Then select how you'd like to start the conversation.

Take care.
