I can no longer update any of my apps on any of my devices. All devices have plenty of room, I’ve turned them on and off, reset my wifi, closed all programs down, signed out of Apple and signed back in...

What happens when you try?
The wheel just spins and it goes back to saying update
Turns out iOS does NOT like Norton VPN.
VPN is often the culprit.
