I have recently installed Windows 10 on my iMac (late 2013) using Bootcamp and it's working fine. Just wondered if it is safe to remove the flash drive which I used for this purpose or does it have to remain connected to continue using Windows?

You can eject and safely disconnect the USB Installer.
