Apple itunes do not open.
when i open the itunes app, a blank page appears and nothing more.
I’ve waited half an hour for it to get done, but it seems to continue forever.

Try force quitting the app and then re-opening it to see if it helps: How to force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
You can also take a look at the following article for some additional steps to take: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services
If you're continuing to have issues, try using another network connection such as your cellular network or another Wi-Fi. According to the screenshot you provided, it looks like the Wi-Fi connection shows 2 out of 3 bars which might possibly cause an interference with the connection.
