iPhone 11 makes ticking noise and echoe

My family has 4 brand new iPhone 11 phones and they all have echoes!!

Also mine makes a tick tick tick tick noise!!!

Hey there, and welcome to Apple Support Communities, BLB708!

From my understanding, all iPhones at your home are experiencing an echo sound when in use, and one seems to be making a ticking noise. I’d be happy to take a look at this with you.

If the sound seems to be occurring when using the speakers on the iPhone, I’d recommend following the steps here: If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker - Apple Support.

If it only occurs when making or receiving phone calls, I’d recommend trying a different network. For example, if you’re using LTE, you can disable that in Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Options > Enable LTE.

Regarding the iPhone making the ticking noise, does this occur at all times, when on a call, etc.? Also, when holding the iPhone, do you feel any vibration as this occurs?

the echo happens when on a video call. Speaker can’t be disabled!

the ticking happens during video calls.

it is not from my phone case either. Checked already!

this seems to be a problem for MANY iPhone 11 customers!

for the price of these phones, the years I’ve used them .... I’m truly very disappointed in your company’s non responsive resolve.

if this company doesn’t make some sort of fix or replacement free of charge and upgraded vs downgraded replacement, I will not purchase another iPhone; neither will my daughter and her family (4 more of these iPhone 11 phones- all doing the same thing)!!!

You need to make sure Ciroorate headquarters gets on this problem...

si many people having the same issues and going to the Apple store hasn’t resolved any of these customers exact same problem!

exoensive phones with very ooor service accountability!
