I have requested a refund lately and apple agreed on the refund.. been accepted since march 22 now today is march26 and I haven’t got any money added to my apple account balance yet.. how long it usually takes.. or i need to do anything else i am not aware of.. please any answers

wow, 3000$ is a lot. I wonder how they accepted that haha but anyway, I'm in this same situation. I requested a refund of 11 euro last March 18th. it was approved, but the money never came back into my Apple ID balance (I used gift card to buy). I wrote to support but they didn't reply. it's sad cause I've never had any kind of trouble with Apple before and now this happens. does it have anything to do with this COVID-19 outbreak? I don't know, we don't know.. I just wish they could come clean about it and answer me. most of all, refund the money to us all!
I just got them now and yes exactly 3500$ .. took 58 hours to credit them hehehh
Maybe because it is around 3000$ refund .. reason why 72 hours passed and still not showing.. I don’t know kind of lost

Five days have passed, but the balance has not come in.
It is a store credit .. it took them 24 hours to accept refunding.. so been 72 hours .. didn’t recieve refund on my apple id
