Phone can’t find wifi networks

my iphone can’t seem to find any wifi networks, and if it does find them it won’t connect to them. it is not an issue with the wifi because others seem to be using it just fine, what do i do? i have tried restarting my phone and restarting all my settings but nothing is working.
