Hello

ive been using my student id email for years to pay $4.99 a month for Apple Music and today I noticed I’m being charged $9.99 a month and when I went into my subscription for Apple Music to try and re-enter my student id, it says it’s already in use? Is this because I got a new phone not too long ago? If so, shouldn’t that have been transferred to my new phone?

I have a question regarding my Apple Music account I had signed into my student account years ago and thought I was being charged $4.99/month but when I just went into my setting I was actually signed up for a regular account charging me $9.99/month. Is there anyway you can look into that and see when the changes were made taking the student account away from me? If it is possible am I able to get the extra $5.99 a month reimbursed back into my account for all that time it was changed back with out my knowledge. How can I log back into my Apple Music? I still pay $4.99 to use it, yet I have not been able to log back in since December. I try to verify with my student email and it keeps telling me I already have an account using that email! I have been having a hard time for months now to log back into my Apple Music. I still make the payments for my acc and if someone else looks up my username it pops up. But my phone will not allow me to log back in and I am not sure what else to do. I have even confirmed my student email and it tells me that that email is being used already with an Apple Music acc. I just want my music back since I still pay $4.99 every month.

student apple music i am eligible for the college student apple music discount, when i go to log in to it .. it says that the email i used is already being used. how do i access my apple music then?
