How can I log back into my Apple Music? I still pay $4.99 to use it, yet I have not been able to log back in since December. I try to verify with my student email and it keeps telling me I already have an account using that email!

I have been having a hard time for months now to log back into my Apple Music. I still make the payments for my acc and if someone else looks up my username it pops up. But my phone will not allow me to log back in and I am not sure what else to do. I have even confirmed my student email and it tells me that that email is being used already with an Apple Music acc. I just want my music back since I still pay $4.99 every month.
