I am trying to upgrade an app but I can’t because my phone thinks I’m in New Zealand, so I’m trying to switch it back to around where I live but I can’t do that either because I have like $.60 in my account, and unless there is something I can buy worth $.60, what can I do ( I don’t really want to buy something over $.60 and then pay the money back)

Sorry, I sent this reply out before I saw that someone had already helped me out, so my problem is fixed, sorry for the inconvenience
This is not what I asked, I said that I cannot change the region because I have like $.60 in my iTunes account, can you please just remove the $.60 from my account?
