Im trying to get my sons apple iD unlocked. I inadvertently locked it after logging into his account on the iMac that hasn't been used in a long time. I tried the security questions and it rejects his DOB. Then the email address it wants to recover from does not match anything I recognise. I am the parent for the account. Surely I can fix this somehow???

Is there a way to contact them on a weekend? Just tried to call and. the recording said Monday to Friday
As far as I know, there isn't any weekend support.
Sons apple iD is locked. I dont recognise the recovery email address
