apple tv problem

my apple tv stopped working. i used restore with itunes and update it but after all and connecting apple tv in tv it doesn't pair with the remote. i try volume up and menu in the same time but doesn't work. only menu bottom and tv bottom in same time worked on apple tv and reset apple tv and nothing else work in remote, what should i do?

The Apple TV will be scanning for bluetooth signals to find the Siri Remote. You may want to (temporarily) remove other bluetooth devices a bit away from the Apple TV, or turn those off. Bring the Siri Remote real close to the Apple TV; lay it on top of it if needed.
